Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized nature of legal services, professional time allocation, and immediate preparatory work undertaken upon instruction, consultations and fixed-fee packages are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced or the booking has been confirmed. However, if you need to reschedule a consultation, you may do so without penalty via our booking portal up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. In the event that a fixed-fee service or retainer is cancelled prior to any substantive legal work or document drafting taking place, a discretionary administrative review may be conducted to assess eligibility for a partial refund, excluding any third-party gateway or transaction fees incurred.
